Nena W. Wong, Esq. founded The Corporate Legal Standard in 2004. She now serves as CLS’ CEO and Chair. Nena has been involved in the startup and management of technology companies for the last five years. Prior to CLS, she served as the founder, President, CEO and Chair of edatafinder.com and Logix Information Group. Both companies were business information portals powered through strategic data alliance agreements with over 100 combined business information providers, including Dun & Bradstreet and Thomson Financial. She also founded a consulting firm that advised on business process outsourcing issues. |

| Prior to that Nena practiced law for over seven years with several large firms specializing in complex business litigation involving bankruptcy, general business and real estate matters. She also served as Vice President and General Counsel for a start-up beverage packaging company. While serving as a Senior Legal Analyst at LRN, Nena managed a strategic partnership with the DuPont Legal Department, and in that capacity gained a deep understanding of the theory, business process implementation issues and value proposition underlying the DuPont Legal Model. |

| Nena is a graduate of Cornell Law School (where she served on the Cornell Law Review and the Moot Court Board) and the University of California at Los Angeles. |

| Stender E. Sweeney is CLS’s Chief Financial Officer. He has broad-based experience in financial and general management, serving as an equity investor and as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer for several privately-held companies in transition for the last ten years. |

| Prior to that, Stender served as the Vice President of Finance for the Times Mirror Company, a Fortune 150 diversified communications company, where he was responsible for all corporate finance functions including Treasury, Capital Structure Management, Real Estate, Financial Planning, Retirement Plan Asset Management, Taxes and Investor Relations. |

| Stender is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and Stanford University and also earned an MSBA degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. |

| Flinn L. Flexer Esq. |
| VP of Strategy and Business Development |
|
| Flinn L. Flexer Esq. is the Vice President, Strategy and Business Development responsible for the company’s strategic planning, marketing, and business development and alliance activities. Before joining CLS, Flinn was at LRN, where he was responsible for business development initiatives and strategies for bringing new technologies to market. |

| Prior to that Flinn was at Raymond James Financial (NYSE: RJF), a leading securities brokerage, investment banking and asset management firm. There he served as Assistant to the Chairman and CEO, advising on acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and several strategic and new business opportunities. He also founded the company’s Alternative Investments Group, and was Vice President of its affiliated merchant bank and private equity group, Raymond James Capital. Flinn also was an investment banker at Chase Securities, now a division of J.P. Morgan Chase (NYSE: JPM). Earlier in his career, Flinn served as Assistant Attorney General in the State of Arizona. During his tenure, he acted as General Counsel to several regulatory and administrative agencies. |

| Flinn earned his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University, and both his JD and BSM from Tulane University. |
